Shipping and Collection
UK
We aim to ship our art work as soon as possible after your piece is finalised. Our art is shipped via Royal Mail ParcelForce Express48 delivery.
International
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK. If however you are longing for a piece of by chloë elise art work, please pop us a message or email, and we will see what we can do.
Collection
Local to us and would prefer to save on shipping costs? Select collection at check out and we will let you know once your commission is available for collection from our studio. We are based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, GB.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Policy
As you are ordering a bespoke, made to order piece of art work, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or process refunds.
As an exception, if a refund is requested before the order form has been completed and returned, we may be able to offer a partial refund. If however your art work has started to be created, we are unable to accept any form of return, exchange or process a refund.
If you would like to make a last minute change to your art work, and you have already returned your order form, please send us an email as soon as possible and depending on the stage we are at, we may be able to process small changes although this is not guaranteed.
